Canajoharie AYSO Region 1015 Refund Policy and Procedures
Note: The $25 National Fee is paid directly to the AYSO National Office and cannot be refunded by the local league.How to Request: Please email all requests to [email protected]. Processing typically takes 4 weeks.
Refunds are processed according to the following timeline:
Full Refund: Requests must be submitted in writing before uniforms are ordered. You will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable $25 National Fee.
Partial Refund: Requests made after uniforms are ordered must be in writing. These are subject to a processing fee and deductions for any equipment already purchased. Please note that these refunds are not guaranteed.
No Refund: Once a player has participated in a practice or game, refunds will no longer be issued.
