AYSO Region 1015 Refund Policy

Refund requests will be granted according to the following criteria:

1.    A person requesting a refund must do so in writing before uniforms are ordered in order to receive a full refund less the National Fee of $17.50.

2.    A person requesting a refund after uniforms have been ordered must also do so in writing; however, any such refund request will be subject to a processing fee and may be further reduced based on equipment previously purchased by the league on their behalf and is not guaranteed.

3.    Once a player has participated in practices or games, refunds will not be issued.

Refunds generally take 4 weeks to process. Please submit all requests for a refund via email to [email protected]

Please note, the National Fee of $17.50 shown on your registration is paid directly to the National office and is non-refundable.
